We’re excited to announce that our much-loved independent film programme returns this autumn.
Cinematic Sanctuary: Stories of Home is a season of films at The Old Town Hall as part of a cross-community initiative in Swindon, Wiltshire, and Gloucestershire, supported by BFI awarding National Lottery funds.
Here at The Old Town Hall, films will run from October 2026 to June 2027, ending during Refugee Week. Local film promoter Lorena Pino Montilla curates and produces the 12-film season in collaboration with The Old Town Hall, involving a range of creative individuals and community groups.
